Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, with a king bed, were nice but had some issues with the heater making a loud noise and no hot water for the bathtub. The views were lovely. The service was hit or miss, with some great Valentine requests attended to but lacking consistency. The location was unbeatable, right on the water at the end of the spit, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was good for dinner but lacking options for breakfast. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel's location is superb, offering unparalleled views of the bay from the balcony. The service goes above and beyond to ensure guests enjoy their time in Alaska, with welcoming staff and a delightful welcome drink. Dining is out of this world, featuring fresh farm-to-table products. However, noise from neighboring rooms can be a downside, and the restaurant seems underutilized. The facilities are top-notch.
I just had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect, with their comfortable beds and breathtaking views. The service was impeccable, with the staff attending to special requests that made my stay even more memorable. The location was fantastic, offering stunning ocean views, although the front desk service was a bit disappointing. Dining was a bit overpriced, but the traditional Greek dishes were a highlight.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were immaculate, offering plenty of storage for longer stays and featuring stunning views that were truly breathtaking. However, there was a slight issue with a noisy heater and a lack of hot water in the bathtub. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs, although they seemed a bit stressed at times. The location couldn't have been better, with a perfect setting at the end of the spit, providing easy access to shops and restaurants, and offering amazing views of the mountains and ocean. The dining experience was enjoyable, although a bit pricey, and not having breakfast included was a downside. Overall, a great value for the money.
